DESCRIPTION:\nSpeaker:\nTrainer and consultant in Diversity\, Equity &amp\;
  Inclusion at Dora Küntzel|Punt Kick|Shaping DEI Competence\, president 
 of Diversja Association. Organizer of the Living Library Wroclaw\, coordin
 ator of the Living Library Poland network. Graduate of Cultural Studies an
 d Italian Studies at the University of Wroclaw\, and since 2017 a lecturer
  of Intercultural Communication at the same University. Winner of the 30 C
 reative Wroclaw | 2021 edition.\n\nShe has several years of training exper
 ience in the field of Diversity\, Equity &amp\; Inclusion\, human rights e
 ducation and intercultural education. She has conducted trainings and work
 shops in this area for companies: Google\, The Walt Disney Company\, Trans
 com\, Santander Bank Poland\, MERCK\, Credit Agricole Bank Poland\, Intive
 \, Tooploox\, Knowable\, BOSCH\, Wigeters\, Papaya Films\, Prowly. She sup
 ports organizations and institutions in developing and implementing DEI st
 rategies\, initiatives and inclusive leadership programs based on authenti
 city and empathy.\n\nOrganising Living Libraries and creating a safe\, inc
 lusive communication space\, she facilitates important and difficult conve
 rsations giving voice to the underrepresented. In 2022\, she held a job sh
 adowing Vice President for Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion at The Univers
 ity of Tulsa USA\, participating in the implementation process of a compre
 hensive DEI program. From 2018 to 2022\, she organized Living Libraries fo
 r employees of the International Monetary Fund\, Google\, 3M\, Credit Agri
 cole Bank Poland\, BNY Mellon\, Nokia\, Mondelez\, Daimler\, EY and DANONE
 .\n\nFor two years\, as Head of Training and Quality Development at the Hu
 man Library Organization\, she was involved in adapting the Living Library
  to diverse cultural contexts in South Africa\, Tunisia\, Belgium Italy am
 ong others.
